This position is a great opportunity for part-time and flexible-hour work with Trusted Source Recruiting, a local company specializing in recruiting for trust companies and bank trust departments in South Dakota, primarily for filling Sioux Falls positions.

We are looking for someone with prior recruiting experience but has other obligations or priorities and is only looking for a flexible part-time position. Almost all of this position can be done remotely, but there will be a few Sioux Falls meetings, which can be scheduled around your calendar.

Therefore, you must be currently located in Sioux Falls or nearby to be considered.

About the Role

• This job is mainly remote and you can do almost everything at home, but you must be currently living in or around the Sioux Falls area to apply. There will be a few in-person meetings in Sioux Falls with the rest of our team or managers, but these will be rather infrequent and can work around your schedule.
• The hours are flexible and based around your schedule, and you can take on recruiting jobs as you wish that fit with your personal schedule. There is no obligation to take on any job, and you can pass on any assignment at any time depending on your schedule.
• Our Agency has a proprietary master list of individuals that may be interested in these positions, handles initial meetings with the client, helps with job postings, and also helps with some sourcing of potential candidates to reach out to. You will not have to do full 360 recruiting by yourself. You will largely just be responsible, with significant help, of creating a shortlist of candidates to pass on to the client.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years (or more) of prior recruiting experience, having previously worked at another recruiting or staffing agency or having previously done corporate recruiting
• Experience reaching out to, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates
• Experience creating candidate lists for current jobs and future jobs in the industry
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, Google, industry websites, general networking, and other methods to identify, source, and communicate with qualified candidates.
• Desire for a part-time flexible hour gig that can largely be done remotely.
• Located in Sioux Falls, SD or within a nearby radius of the city

Pay

$20 to $30 per hour depending on extent of directly applicable prior experience.
